    • 2010 La Fontana

      La Fontana is a Bordeaux-Style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. This is an interesting, full-bodied wine full of complexity and flavor, softened by velvety tannins. The 2010 Vintage is currently being deemed the best growing season in the 35 year history of Long Island winemaking. The warm weather and minimal rain provided us with healthy, strong vines, and grapes that exceeded our highest expectations.

    • 2011 Estate Merlot

      Estate Merlot is a balanced red wine with bright fruit and a medium body. Aged in French oak for 16 months before blending and was bottled unfiltered and un-fined. Showing notes of blackberries, graphite and black olive, with an acidic backbone this wine compliments a variety of cuisine.

    • 2011 First Label Chardonnay

      In 2011, a small lot was fermented in French oak barrels for our First Label Chardonnay. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring and completed malo-lactic fermentation in the barrel – traditional Burgundian winemaking with a North Fork twist. No fining or filtration was employed in the production of this wine. The total aging time in barrel was about 8 months. Aromatics of freshly baked pastry and flavors of lemons, apples, butterscotch and vanilla are surrounded by just enough acidity to maintain a crisp, food-friendly finish.

    • 2011 Portico

      Our 2011 Vintage Portico is produced from 100% Merlot grapes. As with traditional port, fermentation was stopped early by the addition of grape spirits. Dark ruby with a slightly tawny-garnet edge - flavors of blackberries, cherries, raisins, vanilla and plums prevail. The wine is full-bodied, rich, soft, forward and very well balanced, with good acidity and tannic "grip", yet very easy to drink. Can be enjoyed today but will age for 10-20 years. The perfect end to an elegant dinner, it pairs beautifully with dried fruits, pate, chocolate and creamy desserts as well as with all blue-veined cheeses.

      Cabernet Franc, a bright fruity red wine, expresses a soft hue with a rich full body. Showing notes of raspberries, licorice and black olive, hinting of ripe tomato leaf and summer garden herbs.       Cool fermented in stainless steel to retain fresh fruit flavors. This dry wine with balanced acidity exhibits a beautiful floral nose of citrus fruit. With crisp flavors of grapefruit, lime and minerals and a dry acidic finish.

    • 2013 Chardeaux

      Chardeaux is a white wine blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc aged in stainless steel. The chardonnay provides peach and pear aromas and lush tropical flavors, as well as classic structure and weight. Sauvignon Blanc brightens the flavor palate with pleasant notes of citrus, minerals and bright acidity.

    • 2013 First Label Riesling

      This limited production, Dry Riesling offers a balanced acidity that is matched by the fruit concentration which reflects the warm climate of the North Fork. Intensely aromatic and full bodied with a dry finish, this wine shows flavors of fresh apricot and pear skins.

      Our first label Sauvignon Blanc is hand selected from our oldest vines which produce balanced and structured wines. Made with partial skin contact and cold fermented in stainless steel, this dry wine exhibits a bright floral nose of citrus fruit. With crisp flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and lemongrass, a full body and a long dry acidic finish.

      This semi-sweet Riesling exhibits a beautiful floral nose of honeysuckle and citrus blossom. Crisp with flavors of lime zest, ripe apricots and minerals, our Riesling has a sweet middle and a round acidic finish.

      Our Rose’ is made from grapes grown specifically for rosé, harvested early to retain their acidity and fermented dry. With aromas and fruit flavors of raspberry and watermelon, full bodied and savory, showing bright acidity, with a long dry finish.
