      Tastings at the Winery

      Our tasting menu to the right offers wines a la carte ranging from $2-$4 per taste. Flights are available for groups of larger sizes.

      Tours of the Winery

      Dan’s Papers has awarded Raphael “Best Tour” for three years running. Tours of our vineyard and production facility will take you through the sprawling acres of vines, through our tank room and into our barrel cellar. Tours include a tasting of four wines and will last approximately forty minutes.

      Cost: $25.00 per person weekdays

      • including 6 wines, cheeses, olives, & artisanal breads

      Schedule for May – Dec: Weekday times are flexible

      A proprietary blend with pleasant notes of strawberry and raspberry.

      2011 Sauvignon Blanc taste $2  glass $8  bottle $20
      Cool-fermented in stainless steel to retain the natural essences of the fresh fruit, elegant and delicious, offering thirst-quenching flavors of key lime, citrus, herbs and minerals

      2012 Chardeaux taste $2  glass $8 bottle $24
      A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, aged in stainless steel. Peach and pear aromas with notes of citrus and minerals.

      2012 Riesling taste $3  glass $10  bottles $28
      Made in a dry style, this wine exhibits a beautiful floral nose of jasmine blossom and ripe apricots. The finish is crisp, with flavors of lime zest and minerals.

      2010 First Label Chardonnay  taste $4  glass $10  bottle $29
      Our First Label Chardonnay exhibits ripe fruity aromas of honeysuckle, peach and citrus. A full bodied wine, aged in new French oak for 8 months to integrate fruit and oak flavors.

      2011 Rose of Merlot taste $2  glass $8 bottle $18
      Aged in stainless steel, this Rose is dry yet thirst-quenching with high levels of fruity aromatics. This natural, elegant wine is crisp and refreshing, with lively notes of strawberries and plum.

      2010 La Tavola taste $2  glass $8  bottle $20
      Aged in older French and American oak as well as stainless steel. Fruity and soft, with a classic elegance.

      2010 Cabernet Franc taste $3  glass $10  bottle $25
      Aged in both older French oak and stainless steel, this wine exhibits dark fruit flavors of black cherry with a hint of pepper and aromas of rosemary, violets & liquorice.

      2010 Estate Merlot taste $2  glass $8  bottle $22
      100% Merlot aged in older French oak and stainless steel. Notes of blackberries, tobacco & thyme.

      2006 Petit Verdot taste $3  glass $10  bottle $26
      The 2006 vintage is dense, rich, spicy and elegant with chewy tannin and hints of eucalyptus, violets and pepper.

      2007 Malbec taste $3  glass $10  bottles $28
      This limited production wine exhibits flavors of dark berries, pepper, and eucalyptus with a dense and spicy finish.

      2010 La Fontana taste $3  glass $10  bottle $30
      A Bordeaux style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot aged in new French oak as well as older French and American oak. Dark and ripe black fruit dominate with nuances of blackberries, tobacco & eucalyptus.

      Dark berry flavors like blackberry and cassis dominate, with underlying tones of earth, leather and tobacco.

      2005 First Label Merlot taste $4  glass $15  bottle $49
      Aged 15 months in French oak. Dark fruit flavors like blackberry, blueberry and beach plum prevail with mint, eucalyptus and tobacco aromas.

      2011 Port taste $4  glass $15  bottle $40
      100% Merlot ages in New oak barrels and fortified with grape spirits. The perfect end to an elegant dinner, it pairs beautifully with chocolate and creamy deserts as well as with all blue veined cheeses.
